FAQ’S FOR INTERNET ISSUES

If the message comes up saying that your email is already in use, is incorrect or does not exist, it may mean you already have an account with us but it may need to be reactivated. Simply give us a call and we will send you an account invite with a link to help you get into your account.

If you have registered all you have to do is enter in your email address, and password by clicking on the icon on the top right hand side of the website and that will take you to your Dashboard.

If the message is saying that the password is incorrect, please click on Forgot Password and it will take you to another page where you can change your password. If you cannot see it in your inbox please check your Junk Mail.

If you have not received any emails or still having issues logging in please give us a call on 1300 856 825, and we will be able to help you. You will also be sent an email with the new password so please keep it in a safe place.

If you are having issues using your credit card online these are some of the reasons why it is not going through:

  • Computer has frozen
  • Accidently pressed the back button
  • Using as credit card that is not in your name
  • Proceeded with the order but did not include a confirmation email.  

Please call Dale and Waters on 1300 856 825, if you are not sure or even worried that the order has not gone through correctly, we can actually check the progress of your order instantly. 

Please note: We do not store credit card details for security reasons.

Changing Your Personal Details:

You can change any of your contact details, such as billing address, shipping address, phone numbers, email address etc, by logging in into your account and going to your dashboard. You can also change your email address and also change your password at any time.

If you are experiencing any issues, please do not hesitate to give Dale and Waters a call on 1300 856 825 and will be able to assist you.

If the item is not showing in your shopping cart it may mean that the security on you device may be set too high. You can lower their security settings, by contacting an computer technician.

Otherwise you can adjust the security settings by going into – Tools > Internet Options > Security and changing your security levels to medium so click on the bar and move it down, if this does not work please call your IT technician and they will be able to advise you and take you through the steps.

Change of Delivery Address:

If you are purchasing Online, in your name but wish it to go to another address, you can add an alternate shipping address to your shopping cart before you proceed with payment.

Please be sure to check your address details are correct before proceeding with your order.

You can also change your address details in your dashboard. If you having issues, please give us a call on 1300 856 825 and we can change it manually.

to log in Click on the the little person icon, next to the little suitcase icon o the top right hand corner of the webpage. Add in your email address and your password that you have previously registered with us you will be automatically be sent straight to your Dashboard.

*If you haven't logged in within the past 6 months or longer and you are having issues logging in, please phone us on 1800 856 825 and we can re-activate your account.

If you are having issues logging you can give us a call on 1300 856 825. In the meantime, you can shop as a guest, and add in you name and shipping details, at the checkout, so you don't miss out on your purchases.

If you would like to use your Credit Note/Gift Voucher towards your Order, please follow these steps -

  1. Log into you account online or phone us at Dale and Waters 
  2. Place your order as per normal
  3. If you have a gift card (sent to your email) simply add the discount code into the Grey Box on the right hand side of the checkout screen.
  4. If this doesn't work, or if you have an existing store credit from the old system, please select Cheque money order as you payment method and process your order
  5. Then call Dale and Waters on 1300 856 825, and we will take down your Credit Note/Gift Voucher number.
  6. Once we have confirmed you store credit we can process your discount manually. You can also pay any outstanding balance by credit/debit card, over the phone.
  7. If you have any further inquiries please do not hesitate to contact us at Dale and Waters on 1300 856 825 and we will be able to assist you.
  8. Please note that your store credits/gift card do not expire. If you have an existing store credit and would like to use it online, please give us a call and we can issue you a gift card to your email you can use online.

Lay-by Orders
We now offer Afterpay that you can Buy now and pay later but if you would like to place a lay-by:

  1. Login online or call us on 1300 856 825
  2. Place your order as per normal.
  3. When you are up to the payment section, choose Cheque/Money Order as your payment option - Place order then you will get an Order Number
  4. Call ua at Dale and Waters on 1300 856 825, we will then take you first payment over phone.
  5. Minimum deposit is 30% to start up the Lay-By. Our Lay-by terms are a maximum of 90 days.  
  6. Once you lay buy is in place, we will send out your Invoice with the total amount owing. 
  7. Please be sure to make regular payments. Also, please note the cancellation fee for lay by is $50.

If you are having any issues with the Promotion Code given to your through email or by mail, these are the steps you will need to follow -

  1. The promotion code can only be entered in once, even if you applied the coupon and decide you wanted another item it will not work as you have already applied it, if you are experiencing this issue please do give us a call as we can take the Promotion Code down and do it manually at our processing desk. 
  2. Check that your Promo-code is not out of date please check if it is still valid, especially if there is more than one order going on at once. If you are not sure please give us a call on 1300 856 825.
  3. Be aware that many of our offers are not in conjunction with any other offer. Only one discount code can be used at a time.
  4. Check you have met the requirements for the discount, including any minimum spends and that you have added items from the appropriate category, or that all the selected items are still in stock.
  5. If you are still having problems, select cheque or money order as you payment method and place your order and phone us on 1300 856 825, and we will be able to help you.

Make sure you don’t miss a single email. Whitelisting is a quick, easy way to make sure emails you want to receive don’t land in your junk mail.

To receive emails simply add  information@daleandwaters.com.au to your contacts list or safe email list, by opening the email message, click on the sender’s email address and verify the sender.
