EXCHANGES & REFUNDS

Exchanges

We believe you will always be satisfied with your Dale and Waters purchase. However, we understand things do not always fit the way you expect. Therefore, we will gladly accept your exchange if you follow the steps below.

1. Please contact via email or our FREE CALL number within three days of your original purchase so we can secure and hold your exchange item for you.
2. Ensure the item is in its original condition with the tags attached. The item must not have been worn.
3. Package your item and post it back to us – unfortunately we are unable to cover this delivery cost, but we will pay for the exchange item to be posted back to you.

Upon receiving your item we will process the exchange and post your requested exchange item at our cost.

Refunds

Returns will be accepted provided the following conditions are met:

1. You MUST include your invoice and credit card details if you would like a refund. Without this information you will be issued with a credit note that can not be redeemed for cash.
2. Items must be sent back to us within fourteen days of receipt of order.
3. The item must be in its original condition with the tags attached and cannot have been worn.

All return requests are subject to our approval. Upon receipt of your returned item and our approval, your request will be processed accordingly.

We highly recommend insurance on all exchange and return items as Dale and Waters cannot take responsibility for lost mail.

PLEASE NOTE

For hygiene reasons we are unable to refund briefs or earrings. If you are unsure of your size please feel free to contact us for advice.

Unfortunately we CANNOT exchange or refund any Internet Bargain Corner or Clearance items so please make your selection carefully.
